how much would you roughly expect to pay to have your
head gasket done my fronty is the 2.8tdi.

Well firstly depends where you put it why did the head gaskit go in the first place ?

You will prob pay about £30 for a head pressure test and about £60 for a head skim i recomend both these if you are doing the head gaskit especially if you dont no the history of the fronty.

Head gaskit set prob about £25 set of head bolts £10

This is getting the bits urself and putting the head to the shop urself.

If you were getting a garage to do it prob cost you about £450 500 unless u know someone who can do it for you are you mechanicaly minded ?
