Just home form the first day of a four day fist aid course in Inverness for work it passed quite quick for a training course lol!

Handy thing to have even for just day to day life.


You could be the nominated medic at off road days though the thought of you in a nurses uniform is enough to give you the fear affraid affraid affraid affraid affraid

So did you pass for first aid test or is it back to covering cuts in electrical tape and holding limbs on with duct tape?
