Does anyone know of hand if chemical metal patching on an exhaust is passable on a MOT?

Failing that do you still get the bandaing stuff for exhausts? as I have a crack/split on the front section on my exhaust.

You can use chemical metal on exhaust or anything that will seal it they can not fail the exhaust system if it is not blowing as long as it is secure it will pass ok

Bought the bandage stuff is it as easy as it says to use, do you get a decent seal with it?

Been kept busy with odd jobs but finally got exhaust bandaged up, replced fog light and got it booked in for MOT on Monday.

All that is left is so tweak a bit of rust on the drivers door and should be done.
