Well after years of abuse i think my cb is finaly dead, not realy suprised as its been rateled round tractors, stored in damp shed etc etc. On the road today heard half a conversation had a loud squeal off it and now it does not trasmit prop. and cant recive scratch

so in maplins today and they have two £50 and £80 so next week i will have to get one affraid

Got the cheaper one today £49.99 moonraker small tidy uniy sounds ok transmits and reciveves good enogh, in talking to the boy and the only difrence is the dearer one has the 40 eu channels as well, so you know me cheep git lol!

You may have got the CB working but you where in a world of your own the other morning when you where driving down Glenurquhart road!!
