side exit on a disco

Hi there does any one know if i can remove the back box from my discovery and take a pipe straight out the side without the use of the backbox at all
or will this create problems with the running of the engine
its a milner dihatsui 2.8 tdi conversion and seams quiet enough without the back box

hi herman, that side exit will be fine should'nt affect the running of the engine. a lot off guys are keeping there back box and tucking it up nice and tight and removing the centre box and cat for little bit more performance and a throatier exhaust note. Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

cheers for that will crack on and do it tomorrow
its one of the only jobs left to do now so should be up there on next driving day
