Head gasket v8

Hi haveing to do a head gasket on my v8 one little problem one of the bolt wont come slacken any advice

Just use a long break bar and before try very carefuuly heat the head of the bolt by gas torch .

Thaks mick got it sorted by buying the right socket as i did not have a six sided 16mm or 5/8 socket the bolt is now out so now to do the head gasket

See your having a few probs Andrew but sounds if you are getting there sorry i havint been on been in hospital getting my appendix out

Well finger crossed for tomorrow oil & antifreeze getting delivered firt time doing a car head gasket alot more compact than a scania v8

A well it started once i put the coil lead only to find out i broke one of the gas unions

Oh no so you have to het a new union now there is always something you will get there in the end

Great piccys mate there was some hole in the gaskit at least you had the no how to fix it

Hi well thats me back on the road £1.44 for the gas jet

Its amazing how something so cheap can you off the roud very frustrating
