stuck on a chair all day

got up this morning with one thing on my mind getting started on my truck. that was until i had my breakfast then went to the loo.the wife was out with the boys at a carboot sale so i was on my own. well my back let go when i was coming down from the loo one minute i was feeling as if i could run down the stairs then pain, i had to crawl in to the kitchen and try and get on a chair. pain is not good enough to say how bad i was feeling the wife phoned and i tried to get to the phone i never made it .i was still in the kitchen when the wife got back and started laughing at me. so it looks as if my truck will have to wait just now. i am not a happy man.
i suppose it could of been worse at least i was coming back from the loo and not still trying to get off it

Not so good mate you will just have to take it easy for a few weeks hard i no but better that than putting it out again.

Need to go for a good masage when you can get about

only massage i need is driving my truck over rutts filled with water.i cant believe it went today i was feeling good and raring to go,just as well i was not under my truck as it came on rain and i would of been wet lol

Sorry to hear about your back could have being worse you could have being heading for the toilet hope it gets better soon so you can get working on your truck
