tracking bar removal

Hi all any body got an easy way to remove the tracking bar of a disco that has got a sumo ber on it as it hits front tie bars

Do you mean with the track rod ends attached it hits the bottom of the radius arms? try steering full lock one way or the other and you should be able to wriggle the TRE thread out of it's hole.
It's twice as tricky with a trackrod guard fitted (although this prevents bending it in the first place
)
