can some please explane the tyre sizing to me? ok undersand the old way eg 265/65 r16 im fine with but what is 35*12.5R15 i know the R15 but the rest is it in cm/inches/ fish heads ???????????

35x12.50x15 35 inches outside diameter 12 and a half inch width 15 inch rim. its all done in old money jon.
