Difflock Probs Empty Difflock Probs

Well having a few probs with my disco difflock it will not stay in you have to hold the lever in place to keep it locked anone got any ideas ?

I had a problem with my one it was all seized when i put it together again i put the splines on the wrong teeth

Erm 1 thing I have come across a few times is the pin at the bottom is seized which won't let it twist freely and it springs back a bit, quick fix. Pull the pin off, might need some persuasion. Once off give it a quick file or drill the hole out it goes through then drill a new hole in the bottom of the pin for a new split pin... Give that a try.
