work shop manuals

is there a workshop manual for the frontera on disc .i have a Haynes but its s##t and tells you f all . so i have seen a few on flea bay, but i had one ages ago from their and it was worse than my haynes book so has any one got any ides on what to use

Not sure mate but there must be something out there i still use the book of lies but its just a guide i must find out if there is a good cd out there i have a freind who worked in the vauxhall garage so i will ask him if he has any ideas
