side exit on a disco
Hi there does any one know if i can remove the back box from my discovery and take a pipe straight out the side without the use of the backbox at all
or will this create problems with the running of the engine
its a milner dihatsui 2.8 tdi conversion and seams quiet enough without the back box

side exit on a disco
hi herman, that side exit will be fine should'nt affect the running of the engine. a lot off guys are keeping there back box and tucking it up nice and tight and removing the centre box and cat for little bit more performance and a throatier exhaust note.

its one of the only jobs left to do now so should be up there on next driving day
