Re: disco 200 tdi
going to replace all the brakes on my disco front pads and discs rear pads and discs and two fitting kits cost to me £53 now that's not bad at all also got my front bumper ready to fit, its a second hand one from one of the works old discos it took two of us to move it over to my bench its made from 6mm steel plate,it needs a paint and fitting but i will have to fit my winch first.i am making my winch removable so i can fit it to the rear when i need to.i have my snorkel ready to fit but i will do that last. sills still not fitted but but that wont take to long,i replaced all the brake pipes that were fu~#e# and took out all the rear seats.i had a good look over it at the weekend and then i noticed it has only done 52 thousand miles from new the chassis is soiled never been welded and i am the 3rd owner i cant wait to get this bashed and make it look even better

Re: disco 200 tdi
thats the new brakes on the front and the old disco bumper in the skip.
the new front bumper is fitted {heavy duty one 6mm pressed steel} fitted my winch under where its meant to be then took it back off as it looked to low,so its now welded on top of my new bumper and new 12mm steel bracing bars fitted to the chassis from the rear of the winch plate and 8mm at the sides bolted with 10mm 8.8 hard bolts and welded to the chassis and bumper yes i no a bit over the top but thats just as i like it
still got the rear brakes to do tomorrow and finnish my sills and wire up my winch.
